A team member has approached me saying another team member has assaulted them What do I do now?

In the circumstance of an assault on a Team Member, first action is to ensure the team member is now safe and not injured.
If injured seek medical advice to ensure the well being of the team member. Contact your 1 up manager to inform him/her the situation and also contact Ask People Support to seek next steps and advice.
