I have a team member who has been off work with an injury what options are available to me?

I have a team member who has been off work with an injury, and they don't have any money, what options are available to me to help them?

This applies to all TWG employees.



When a team member is off with a work injury they get paid 80% of their pay from day one.
If the injury is not work related they do not get paid for the first week.
The usual process is to use sick leave first then, if necessary and agreed, they may use some annual leave. If it's a work injury the team member can put in sick leave to top up the 20% they are missing out on.
