I have a team member who is refusing to repay an overpayment - what are the next steps?

If you have a team member who refuses to sign an approval form to deduct and over payment from their wages or make a repayment of the overpaid money, please contact ask people support for more guidance. We understand that it can be challenging for team to repay overpayments made in error and we will work with the team member to arrange repayment scheme. Where appropriate, budgeting support through our OCP provider may also be available.
