This model will help create clear, attainable and meaningful goals and develop the motivation, action plan and support needed to achieve them.  Using the information available in Leading ON you will be able to set goals relevant to your role. 

It is all about setting achievable targets with impact. 

With great goal setting the team are aligned around a shared goal and vision, which is one of the most important aspects of engagement.
