Applies to: all TWG Support Services team

Navigating the MyPay Homepage

The MyPay homepage displays user roles and workflow items (that are

awaiting action or are overdue) for each role in accordion style panels,

which expand and contract.

Each role is displayed in a separate panel on the homepage. The panel

displays the role description, the number of items awaiting action and

the number of overdue items.

To view the details of the workflow items (e.g. Leave requests and

Mileage claims), you can click the panel header to expand the panel.

The panel is contracted again when you click the header again or

expand another panel.

The items in the expanded panel are grouped by workflow type. You

can click a link that relates to a Team Member to open the item and

action it. Top level links open the corresponding summary screen. For

example, the 2 Leave requests link opens the manager’s Requests tab

showing all leave request that need to be approved.

When you log on to MyPay, your own role is selected, which displays

workflow items and may also display others items that you must

action (e.g. unread messages and password expiry)

To change to a different role, click the required role on the home page

to expand the panel, and then click the Change to this role link.
