MyPay User Guide for Team Members - Change of bank account

Change of Bank Account in MyPay

1. Log into MyPay.
2. Click on Change of Details on Menu tab.


3. Choose the option 'Bank Account' from the 'Type of change drop down box.


4. Choose the appropriate effective date from the drop down box.

If the current pay cycle is open , please complete the attached form and return to payroll by Friday of pay period end for fortnightly team members, or by 15th for salaried team members.


5. Enter in your new bank account number: 

There needs to be 15 digits  (XX XXXX XXXXXXX XXX).
The first 2 digits indicates which bank, the next 4 digits is the branch number, the next 7 digits is the account number, and last 3 digits is the suffix.
If your bank account number is too short, please add an extra leading zero before the suffix, as highlighted below:

   eg: 12-3145-0123456-50 becomes 12-3145-0123456-050
