Overview


As we have a sincere interest in the welfare of all team members and this programme is aimed at helping people to deal with problems before they result in serious deterioration of job performance or serious personal / family problems.

You and your direct family members are able to use the service of confidential, non-judgmental, and independent professional counselors.
The counselors are available to assist with personal problems which can include anything from drug or alcohol problems, violence or abuse, financial difficulties, or family and marital / relationship problems.


FAQ's

How many counselling sessions are provided?
The company will provide you with 3 confidential sessions which are provided at no cost to you.


What if I require more than three sessions?
If you think you may need extra sessions your counsellor will provide an assessment to OCP directly. OCP will then contact our Employment Relations Department for approval.


Who is our current Employee Assistance Provider?
Our current provider is OCP (Organisational Counselling Programmes).


Who contacts OCP if I need assistance?
You can contact OCP directly if you want, or alternatively you can ask your Manager to contact them for you if this makes you feel more comfortable.
