TWG has a set of processes for team members to follow for approving travel, making travel arrangements and for travelling both domestically and internationally. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that team members who travel for work purposes do so safely; and is organised in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible. The policy also ensures that team members who travel are provided with an acceptable level of service and comfort at the lowest possible cost as TWG has the ability to negotiate discounted rates with preferred suppliers. This will reduce TWG overall travel expenses. The policy also provides consistency of travel policies and procedures across the Group.
