Leading ON for Performance and Development
To help us kick-start our journey, we refreshed our approach to performance and development at TWG earlier this year. We’ve called this Leading ON for Performance and Development.
The new approach focuses on building an owner’s mindset by empowering you to define how you’ll achieve your goals; shared accountability between you and your leaders; creating better consistency across the organisation; and giving you the clarity, direction and feedback you need to continually perform in your role.

You’ve also told us through the OHI and feedback, that you want to know how you’re tracking against your goals. So we need to have these conversations more regularly – to start, we want you to check in each quarter.
