Why has my employees Wellness request application been declined
I have supported my team members Wellness request application, but it has come back declined. Why?

Our wellness support benefit is at company's discretion and each instance is considered on its merits within an approved framework.
Supporting documentation so the company can understand the team member's diagnosis, prognosis and medical needs is required.
Incomplete information may impact our ability confirm a team member's eligibility for this benefit.
