How do I book a Pool car?
Applies to all TWG
To book one of our Pool cars:
1. You must be authorised to drive our pool cars
- Complete a Toro form - see attachment below
- Email it to ‘TWG Procurement’ for approval
2. To check availability (like you would a room), look at the Outlook calendar & search on:
- TWL – Property Pool Car
- TWL – Operations Support Pool Car
3. To book the:
- Book the Vehicle as a resource - like you would a room booking
- Collect keys from the Property Team
