My Team member is off on non work related injury and has not been paid by ACC

My Team member is off on ACC (non work related injury) and has not been paid by ACC.

What options are available to me?

This applies to all TWG employees.


 We often want to help team members; however we cannot make decisions on behalf of or for the team member. Team members may request to take annual leave to cover the shortfall of income (ACC only pays 80% of their average weekly earnings). If a team member is off with a medical certificate, we are unable to have them work(even with reduced activities) unless they go to a doctor and get an updated medical certificate that gives them clearance to work in a reduced capacity. We are unable to engage with ACC on behalf of the employee.
